Zoho Books
is an online accounting software, super easy and user friendly. With Zoho Books, we managed the contracts, invoices and subscriptions of all the customers. By setting up workflows, we created automated emails or sms to remind customers to pay outstanding invoices and fulfill their obligations.
Zoho Survey
It is indeed a nightmare to monitor your technical staff in daily routine tasks and operations. Though Zoho Survey, we gave the opportunity to the technicians to easily report their visits to the customers and to mention the problems on specific devices. The Zoho Survey was also extremely helpful for the customers as they kept a record of the technicians’ visit through a document that it was signed by them as well. Moreover, technicians reported errors and malfunctions in specific devices and therefore the company could track on aggregate which devices produced most of the errors.
Zoho CRM
The epitome of the whole project. We consolidated all the data of the customers into one easy-to-access location. H&R Pure Water Ltd has now immediate access to the necessary information such as outstanding payments, onsite visits, contact details, email and SMS history. We gave the opportunity to our client to easily track, analyze and segment customer’s data at any time.
Zapier Integration
Many of the customers paid their subscriptions through bank deposits and standing orders. However, it was extremely time consuming for our client to check monthly bank statements and correlate deposits with invoices. Using Zapier, we synchronized the transactions that were generated by the associated banks with the respective invoices and therefore the CRM record was updated with the last payment status.
Payment Gateway
We integrated Zoho with a well known payment gateway and therefore customers had the option to pay instantly through a link that was included in the invoice.
Customer Portal
